• 1907 : Cavaliere Ugo Stella from Milan partnered with Alexandre Darracq, a French Automobile Company and made a new Company named Darracq Italiana. Darracq cars were produced in Naples, Italy. The partnership failed and Italian co-investors made a new company with Stella moving the production factory to Portello in the suburbs of Milan. The company name was change and new name was ALFA stand for Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobile.
• 1910 : ALFA introduced a 24 Horse Power car aptly named the "24 HP".
• 1911 : ALFA Started the world of motor racing with two of their 24 HP''s.
• 1920 : company name Alfa Romeo was introduced the ‘Torpedo 20-30 HP’ was the first vehicle to be labelled with an Alfa Romeo badge.
• 1923 : Giuseppe Merosi was replaced as chief designer by Vittorio Jano from Fiat under the influence of the racing driver Enzo Ferrari.
• 1925 : Vittorio Jano a person who create first changes for Alfa Romeo were applied to the P2 Grand Prix car which went on to win world championship.
• 1928 : The defence contracts finished in which had supported the company until this point which led to Alfa going broke.
• 1933 : Nicola Romeo left the company at this point at and the government rescued Alfa Romeo and took control.
• 1949 : 6C 2500 Super Sport Ville d'Este wins the car design style Compitition.
• 1950 : Alfetta win the World championship.
• 1966 : The 1600 Spider name was changed its new name was 'Duetto'.
• 1978 : The Giulietta traited in "Vaggio con Anita"
• 1987 : The Fiatgroup incorporated Alfa Romeo, Fiat the mainstream range and Lancia was the luxurious series.
• 1988 : The Alfa Romeo 16 was produced.
• 1989 : Alfa Romeo launch the stunning SZ 3.0litre V6 labelled''The Beast''.
• 1992 : Alfa Romeo launched first medium saloon Alfa 155 with front-wheel drive.
• 1994 : A cabriolet edition of the SZ called the RZ was launch.
• 1995 : Alfa GTV car was awarded the’ Golden Steering Wheel'.
• 1998 : Alfa Romeo introduced Alfa 156.It become the first Alfa Romeo car is nominated ‘Car of the Year’.
• 2000 : Alfa Romeo launched Alfa 147 is nominated the 2000 'Golden Steering Wheel', and Alfa Romeo celebrate 90 years of history.
• 2001 : Alfa 147 is also nominating ‘European Car of the Year 2001’.
• 2002 : Autoweek is nominate Brera 'Best of Show' at the Geneva Motor Show and Alfa Brera is also voted the 'one of the most elegant cars in the world'
• 2004 : Alfa GT is awarded the Most Beautiful Car in the World.
• 2006 : Alfa 159 is nominated the Design Award by Fleet World Honors, Alfa 8C Competizione is nominate the ‘BMW Group Design Award’ and Alfa 8C Competizione is also voted the ‘Best Production Car’ by Car Design.
